I'm no graphic designer but...

In the past I've employed freelance graphic designers, a design agency and have employed an in-house graphic design team to deliver artwork for advertising, social graphics, emails and web. Now, when I have some spare time (and it doesn't happen often) I find myself using Canva to create graphics for my website, that's how I created my logo and I use it for many clients.

Creating your own unique style is important when launching a business, from your logo, to website home page, to social graphics. You want people to recognise your brand and remember it from any touch point, whether that's your website, facebook page or an ad in a local magazine.

Canva has preloaded images you can use, you can resize for any format, create animation and if you need inspiration for a presentation then Canva is a great place to start.

It's my go to platform to create eye catching graphics, logos for start ups and there's so much I've not used yet. I also have the app on my phone to create graphics whilst I'm sitting watching a game of cricket or catching a film on Netflix.
