I love a "critical path"

The first thing I do when starting a project is create my critical path. One thing not to do at the outset is give yourself an unachievable deadline, there must always be movement in the plan.

All factors need to be considered, so if you're working on a new brochure, there are six main tasks to plan, which are:

Write the Brief

Creative Design

Amendments

Print Quotes

Sign Off Artwork and Away to Print

Delivery

There are many sub stages in between that need to be included so make sure you consider everything. With many years experience in print literature management we'll create the critical path, run the project, liaise with external suppliers and deliver your project.
